Constitution
The WTTU constitution outlines the club’s primary purpose, governing structure, and operational rules. It establishes a clear framework for decision-making, protects members’ rights, and ensures that the club operates fairly, transparently, and in compliance with the law.
Safe In Sport
The Safe in Sport policy says that Waimea Toi Toi United Cricket Club is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, respectful, and positive environment for everyone involved in the club, especially children and young people.
Code of Conduct
The Code of Conduct establishes clear, enforceable expectations for behavior. Its primary purpose is to foster a safe, inclusive, and positive environment while providing the committee with the authority to manage conflict and prevent unwanted behaviors.
Long Service Membership nomination
The WTTU Long Service Award recognises members who have dedicated 15 years or more to Waimea Toi Toi United Cricket Club. Whether through playing, coaching, volunteering, administration, committee service or supporting the club behind the scenes, this award celebrates the commitment of those who have helped shape our club over time.
Members who meet the eligibility criteria are welcome to self-nominate by completing the Long Service Award Application Form.
Recipients receive:
- A commemorative WTTU Long Service Cap featuring orange accents.
- Recognition by the club for their ongoing contribution.

Life Membership
Life Membership is the highest honour that can be bestowed by Waimea Toi Toi United Cricket Club. It recognises members whose exceptional and sustained voluntary service has had a significant and lasting impact on the club and its future.
As Life Membership is a prestigious club honour, members cannot nominate themselves. Nominations must be submitted by another member of the club and are considered by the WTTU Committee.
Recipients receive:
- A commemorative WTTU Life Member Cap featuring gold accents and a gold tassel.
- Formal recognition as a Life Member of Waimea Toi Toi United Cricket Club.
